Terms and Conditions
SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C, United Arab Emirates, owns and operates the brand MASRA and maintains the MASRA website (“Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the purchase of MASRA products, including prayer mats and prayer abayas (“Products”).
By using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the MASRA Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you violate these Terms, SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C may terminate your access, restrict future use, and/or take legal action.
LIMITED LICENSE
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms.
SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice or liability.
You have no rights to the proprietary software or content on the Site. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Site or its content.
1. SITE OPERATION
Country of Domicile: United Arab Emirates
The Site is operated and controlled by SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C from the UAE.
MASRA products and services are available in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and worldwide. Users accessing the Site from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
You may not use, export, or re-export any materials from the Site in violation of UAE or international laws.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
2. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION
The price and currency selected at checkout will be the same price and currency charged to the payment card and printed on the transaction receipt.
PURCHASES & PAYMENTS
SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED and other supported currencies.
All online purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider.
All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
3. OFAC SANCTIONED COUNTRIES
SAWA FURNITURE L.L.C will not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities located in or affiliated with countries sanctioned by OFAC, or to individuals or entities listed under international sanctions programs.
4. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You are at least 18 years old.
(b) Any content you submit does not infringe any third-party rights.
Minors under 18 years old may not register or transact on the Site.
5. PERMITTED USE
You may view and retain copies of Site pages for personal use only.
